The company is the owner and operator of the multi-storey car park situated in High Street , Sliema. Its business consists in the operation of this 500 space car park and the leasing of commercial areas situated on the roof and ground floor of the same building. The roof area is currently being leased out as an Italian first class restaurant - 'Del Capo' and an outdoor wine bar serving light meals run by the same tenant. Part of the ground floor has an area which is leased out to 'service' oriented commercial outlets. In May 2008 permits were acquired which will enable the company to build an additional 5000 sq metres of office space and parking on the upper floors of the property.

The car park project was planned as the first city centre multi-storey parking facility in Malta . It was designed to meet the ever-increasing parking demands in Sliema - one of Malta's most popular commercial districts. It became fully operational in 1997.

 The company offers its clients a high quality service and continuously strives to improve such service standards.The directors believe that the company has a continuing role to play in the growth and expansion of Sliema as a commercial centre and office hub by alleviating its acute parking problems and providing commercial facilities.

CC Car Parks p.l.c. operates several parking schemes intended to target different segments of the parking market. In addition it has undertaken several measures to diversify its revenue sources and increase revenues from services which are ancillary and complementary to car parking such as the restaurant project on the roof, the proposed retail outlets at ground floor level and more recently the acquisition of permits to construct office space and additional parking on the upper levels.
