Permits were acquired in December 2008 which will allow CC Car Parks p.l.c. to build an additional 5,000 sq metres of office space and parking area on the upper floors of the car park. This will enable the company to further diversify its revenue streams and consolidate its position as the leading parking service provider in the commercial centre of Sliema.
