The company is the owner and operator of the Multi-Storey Car Park and Workspace in High Street , Sliema. The business consists of the ownership and management of the 500 space car park as well as the leasing out of commercial and office space. The commercial space is situated at the ground floor level of the car park and the new office space covering a total footprint of over 2,000 sq metres has just been added on the new levels 6,7 and 8 and has already been leased out.
The car park project was planned as the first city centre Multi-Storey car parking facility in Malta. It was designed to meet the ever increasing parking demands in Sliema – one of Malta’s most popular commercial districts. The car park commenced operations in 1997.
The company offers its clients a high quality service and continuosly strives to improve such service standards. The directors believe that the company has a continuing role to play in the growth and expansion of Sliema as a commercial centre and office hub by alleviating its acute parking problems and now only recently also providing high end quality office space which is much in demand.
The company operates several parking schemes intended to target different segments of the parking market and as outlined above has undertaken several measures to diversify its revenue streams and thus increase revenues from services which are ancillary to and complement its core parking business.
